A verdade é que ouvir este álbum foi mera curiosidade, Limp Bizkit era uma banda morta para mim e toda vez que falavam dela era sobre "faith" e "behind blue eyes" e o que eu achava disso era traduzido pelo proprio Bizkit em uma canção "it's all about the he said she said bullshit I think you better quit lettin' shit slip, or you'll be leavin'with a fat lip" para mim isso era Limp Bizkit, para mim aquilo era Nu Metal, não aquela porcaria que nova.

Então chega 2011 e vem Gold Cobra pra me surpreender, é simplesmente Limp Bizkit não um "Significant Other" ou "Three Dollars Bill, Yall$" mas é algo próximo, algo bom um retorno a identidade original da banda e na primeira faixa isso fica claro até na letra da musica. "Remember all them 90's things, Them 90's hits we laced like this. Commin' to you live 2012 and hell There's still not shit like this We still rain the blood in the club Like slayer flip it up like Limp Bizkit".
